Dillon is a Bahamas Registered Professional Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Florida.
Dillon’s affiliation with the Bahamas site dates back to 1983 under Syntex Pharmaceuticals International Limited ownership. He has held various senior leadership positions during his pharma career including Engineering/Maintenance Director and Production Director during the Syntex & Honeywell era.
He has also held various senior leadership positions in the regulatory field as Building & Development Services Director under The Grand Bahama Port Authority, and in the land development field as VP Development under The Grand Bahama Development Company.
He also offered his skills as Management & Engineering Consultant in his own company before returning to the site under PharmaChem in late 2015 as the Engineering/Maintenance Director.
